We have a great opportunity for aDepot General Managerto manage one of ourlargerDepots in Eurocentral one of the largest industrial estates in Scotland. The role will be accountable for 300 heads a multimillion operating budget and a transport function with a large fleet of commercial vehicles.

The Depot General Manager will be responsible for leading the team operational management financial control compliance safety all whilst driving a continuous improvement agenda that allows us to continually strive towards making Evri a great place to work. In addition to your team youll be joining a team of 26 Logistics professionals who are responsible for managing our Depot network across the country.

Our Depot Managerjob is for someone who leads through their people who can balance priorities who is always looking for the next opportunity in all areas whether that be financial operational improvement team effectiveness likes pace and one who wants to join a network of likeminded individuals working towards one goal.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 4 Direct Reports and a team of up to 300 indirect reports providing leadership and direction for the shift
• Ensure Depot meets client SLAs and budgetary targets
• Ensure compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations
• Manage individual project priorities deadlines and deliverables.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Managementexperience of leading and managing a team
• Experience of managing operational budgets and targets
• Mustbe able to work on own initiative in a pressurised environment to tight deadlines
• PCLiterate with a working knowledge of Microsoft office
• Anunderstanding of Transport regulations
• Goodcommunicator and able to liaise at all levels
• Flexible approach to work to meet business requirements
