The Franciscan Renewal Center (aka the Casa) is a Catholic retreat center with 86 guest rooms and 24000 square feet of meeting space located in the heart of Paradise Valley AZ.The retreat center is seeking a dedicated hospitality professional. The Meetings & Conferences Coordinator books nonprofit and religious group retreats and ensures seamless meetings for our guests.
The Coordinator plays a pivotal role in creating peaceful and rejuvenating experiences that leave a lasting impact on our visitors. Attention to detail impeccable organizational skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills along with warm hospitality contribute to the exceptional service we provide. This fulltime position reports to the Director of Meetings & Conferences and handles all aspects of a groups retreat from screening phone calls negotiating contracts conducting site inspections entering all meeting room setup details and rooming lists in our system to invoicing clients. Additional duties include taking individual private retreat reservations and entering inhouse meetings in the Retreat Manager program.
