REQUIREMENTS:

DUTIES:
Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers
Visiting customers daily
Recording product descriptions on the client operating system and comparing them with relevant customer agreements
Assisting the accounts department with monthly debt collections
Promptly attending to customer care queries and taking necessary action
Assisting operations staff when required
Submitting completed weekly call reports
Submitting a monthly updated client list
Assisting the Consultant with administrative tasks (warehouse orders) and site visits
