Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards social media professional networks and referrals.
Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Perform phone and inperson interviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews assessments and other preemployment activities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records.
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
Participate in career fairs networking events and other recruitmentrelated activities to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
Stay informed about industry trends best practices and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
