Job Description

Sales Development Representative

Sales Development Representative will assist in all facets of the sales process including lead generation presentations contracts and product deployments.

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through strategic prospecting efforts.
  • Identify trends and create strategies to develop new sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Use creative strategies and outofthebox techniques to identify business value quote prices compare options and provide cost justification to close opportunities.
  • Research accounts and followthrough on leads.
  • Accurately document and manage all sales activities in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Identify decisionmakers qualify needs present relevant value and overcome barriers.
  • Increase satisfaction build referrals strengthen brand identity and grow customer loyalty to the company through your interaction with prospects and customers.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or related fields.
  • Desire to learn from senior level sales executives.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • BilingualSpanishis a plus but not required as we do have a LATAM division.
