Job Description
Sales Development Representative
Sales Development Representative will assist in all facets of the sales process including lead generation presentations contracts and product deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through strategic prospecting efforts.
- Identify trends and create strategies to develop new sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Use creative strategies and outofthebox techniques to identify business value quote prices compare options and provide cost justification to close opportunities.
- Research accounts and followthrough on leads.
- Accurately document and manage all sales activities in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Identify decisionmakers qualify needs present relevant value and overcome barriers.
- Increase satisfaction build referrals strengthen brand identity and grow customer loyalty to the company through your interaction with prospects and customers.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or related fields.
- Desire to learn from senior level sales executives.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- BilingualSpanishis a plus but not required as we do have a LATAM division.
