Job Description

POSITION:Corporate Account Executive
FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Full Time
LOCATION: (Remote)
React Health is a fast paced growth oriented manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment serving the respiratory sleep and cardiology patients caregivers physicians and providers. React Health sells and supports its product and services in the acutecare nonacute and home medical equipment markets. React Health has built a model that combines manufacturing and distribution of products and services to meet the challenges of the undiagnosed as well as those needing therapies after diagnosis in the sleep and respiratory population.
GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for managing all corporate account sales activities some duties includes growing revenue for assigned accounts seizing business development opportunities allocating budgets attending industry events collaborating with other departments and developing new accounts. A hunter mentality with a high degree of personal initiative and leadership abilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree (BS/BA) or a minimum of 15 years equivalent experience required
  • At least 10 years medical sales experience required
  • Respiratory industry sales experience preferred
  • Experience selling ventilation products preferred
  • Extensive and current relationships with corporate account customers and associated stakeholders required
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and develop corporate account customer relationships
  • Strong leadership listening and interpersonal skills; a proven track record is essential
  • Good teamwork and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Must be able to close business and demonstrate wins in a consultativeselling environment
  • Excellent understanding of corporate account HCP LTAC and SNiF business is mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written forms
  • Experience commercializing medical devices medical services and disruptive medical technologies preferred
  • Excellent presentation skills time management communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to operate in a technical and professional sales and management environment required
  • Computer literacy is required (must be proficient in MS Office)
  • Highly adaptable flexible and customer centric attitude ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to manage deadlines work on multiple assignments and prioritize assignments as necessary
Preferred Education
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills required. Must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Physical Demands
  • Requires normal visual acuity and hearing.
  • Typically employees sit comfortably to do their work interspersed by brief periods of standing walking bending carrying papers and books and extensive periods requiring the use of computer terminals to accomplish work objectives.
  • Required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel and manipulate keys on a keyboard.
  • Additional skills may be required to perform additional task(s) specific to work location department or line of business.

Working Conditions
  • Extensive travel required at a minimum of 70 majority of working hours will be spent in the field within assigned accounts.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Each Employee consistently demonstrates the following essential functions:
  • Responsible for managing all corporate account sales activities with assigned customers
  • Prospecting for new corporate account business opportunities in assigned sales channels
  • Initiates and develops business relationships with corporate customers across their management personnel
  • A hunter mentality with a high degree of personal initiative and leadership abilities
  • Responsible for growing profitable sales at corporate accounts from a consultativeselling platform
  • Develops and executes sales and market development strategies to corporate accounts
  • Partners with marketing sales and product management teams to implement business initiatives
  • Ownership for corporate account RFP final submissions (with management input/oversight)
  • Provide input to the commercial and corporate teams on all corporate account businessrelated issues
  • Act as mentor to sales team in the areas of selling skills/business development in corporate accounts
  • Collect competitive pricing and communicate pricing trends to commercial management
  • Work with RBMs to develop regional processes that drive profitable growth in corporate accounts
  • Assist region commercial personnel with closing business in corporate accounts
  • Drive entire field sales team to grow corporate account sales where/when applicable
  • Participate in joint sales calls with RBMs CSCs NCTM and independent sales representatives as necessary
  • Investigate sales channel expansions to help grow profitable revenue
  • Act as corporate liaison with KOLs and influential customers solidify and expand these relationships
  • Assist with the development of promotional events marketing/sales tools for corporate accounts
  • Attend sales meetings marketing programs tradeshows and other events as required
  • Track competitors activities for opportunities to expand sales and our brand/product portfolio
  • Perform departmental duties and responsibilities as assigned manage expenses in accordance with company policy.
  • Attends and participates in departmental meetings. Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence.
  • Ensures all department compliance guidelines are met. Attends all meetings inservices training or continuing education as delegated by the supervisor.
  • Provides customer focused interactions.
  • Performs all duties necessary for the department as per department policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor within the scope of practice and the responsibilities in the department.
