What You Will Do:
Aftermarket & Sustainment Engineering (ASE) is looking for a dynamic leader to lead as the Geared TurboFan (GTF) Program Lead supporting the PW1500G PW1900G PW814 PW815 and PW812 product lines. This leader will resolve GTF aftermarket technical issues and provide support across Engineering & Aftermarket Operations. They will support the flying fleet by improving overhaul throughput reduce overdue spares and eliminate AOGs
On time delivery of technical data for our 24K customers meet critical MRO KPI metrics and be accountable to Program Office and Chief Engineer deliverables
Develop strategies and direction for the 24K Programs develop an ASE vision in support of the GTF Programs higher level goals.
Communicate ASE GTF Program strategy and direction across all affected organizations internal and external.
Coordinate content for and coverage of internal and external management meetings. Ensuring flow of information to and from these forums on behalf of ASE and with ASE Directors and ASE Executive as needed.
Manage program proposals contracts budgets manpower and provide analyses and predictions.
Creation of tools to improve communication and tracking of ASE deliverables to the Commercial Engine Programs.
Interface across multiple ASE disciplines to ensure task coordination
Lead oneoff projects or special initiatives
Drive continuous improvement activities and robust root cause investigation using the CORE Operating System
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering and minimum 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience
Experience with SAP Excel PowerPoint database queries
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer:
Demonstrated effectiveness in working across functions organizations and management
10 years of experience managing or supporting engineering or manufacturing

The salary range for this role is 124000 USD 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
