MA Integration Senior Manager Corporate Development

The Corporate Development team is looking for a dynamic and strategic M&A Integration Sr. Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Squarespaces inorganic growth strategy. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to build and lead our M&A integration practice driving both premerger planning and postmerger to ensure seamless transitions and maximum value realization.

You will work crossfunctionally with executives and key stakeholders across finance HR legal and product teams to develop and implement bestinclass integration strategies. This role is ideal for a handson leader who thrives in fastpaced environments enjoys solving complex challenges and is passionate about delivering successful integrations that drive business impact.

You will report into the Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development in our New York office. This is a hybrid role that will require 23 days per week in our NY office.

Youll Get To

• Lead and develop the M&A integration strategy and planning process with functional leaders and program management resources to ensure seamless alignment with business objectives
• Engage in early due diligence for acquisitions to understand the strategic objectives and provide an early assessment of integration planning and risks
• Design and execute a comprehensive project plan which includes all workstream and functional team tasks to achieve our strategic objectives as well as managing the daytoday integration efforts
• Define track and communicate key performance metrics ensuring transparency and accountability while proactively identifying and escalating potential risks or roadblocks. Establish and refine best practices for M&A integration by developing and contributing to a longterm playbook that drives continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Support broader project management initiatives during periods of lower demand by assisting with process improvements documentation enhancements and crossfunctional initiatives to enhance team and department effectiveness.

Who Were Looking For

• 8 years of crossfunctional project management experience including significant M&A integrations leadership
• Proven experience in technologydriven industries preferably in software SaaS and/or consumer Internet
• Working knowledge of key business processes such as. product development gotomarket strategies order to revenue recognition employee onboarding etc.
• Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fastpaced environment
• Highly effective communicator and collaborator with strong written and presentation skills tailored to diverse stakeholders from executives to operational teams

Cash Compensation Range: $148500 $239200 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on jobrelated criteria including relevant skills experience and location among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and where applicable for eligible roles may include ontarget commissions or overtime pay) Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
