Job Description

Cordia Resources is seeking a detailoriented and experienced Accountant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monthend reconciliations processing cash receipts and serving as a backup for accounts receivable. Experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform monthend reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Process and record cash receipts in a timely manner.
Act as a backup for accounts receivable including invoicing and collections.
Assist with general ledger maintenance and financial statement preparation.
Collaborate with the finance team to support internal audits and compliance requirements.
Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
years of accounting experience preferably in a nonprofit or similar environment.
Proficiency in Blackbaud Financial Edge is required.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
Excellent attention to detail organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
