Front Desk Team Leader

We are looking for a Front Office Team Leader to join our team!

Santa Marina a Luxury Collection Resort in Mykonos is looking for a competent and ambitious warm and outgoing Front Office Shift Leader to be part of our Front Office Team for the summer season of 2025. The candidate must be looking for a place to work that inspires challenges and makes him/her proud to come to work.

The Reception is part of the first impression of Santa Marina and it majorly depends on the Front Offices friendliness and efficiency; The ideal candidate will be a smart and trustworthy individual able to provide our guests with a warm greeting handle all incoming requests and anticipate their needs.

Responsibilities

Supervise front desk staff during assigned shifts providing guidance and support as needed.

Conduct regular briefings and meetings to communicate important information and updates.

Assist in training new front desk associates and provide ongoing coaching and development to existing team members.

Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with checkin and checkout procedures.

Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction.

Ensure that all guest requests and special arrangements are fulfilled promptly.

Oversee the daily operations of the front desk area including managing room assignments key control and cash handling procedures.

Monitor and ensure the accuracy of guest accounts billing and payments.

Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues effectively.

Uphold the highest standards of service excellence and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Selfmotivated enthusiastic and customeroriented.

Commitment to excellent service.

Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role in 5*hotels/resorts Luxury brands such as: Marriott Mandarin Rosewood Accor Four Seasons etc. will be an asset.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests team members and management.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

BA in Hospitality and Tourism Management or relevant studies.

Highly proficient in spoken and written English a second language would be considered an asset.

Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS.
