Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Auto Claims Examiner The successful candidate will be responsible for handling litigated B/I commercial auto claims from all over the US with an average caseload of 120140 MAX.
Responsibilities
- Conducting office investigations and adjusting commercial auto claims
- Investigating losses and identifying coverage issues
- Obtaining and reviewing estimates evidence reports and medical records
- Handling First Party Damages Third Party Damages Total Loss Fire Theft and Glass Claims
- Evaluating injury demands and negotiating settlements
- Establishing damages and reserves
- Processing payments and maintaining claim files per best claim practice guidelines
- Obtaining and maintaining all required state licenses
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years of experience handling Commercial Auto Claims
- 1 years handling BI/Litigated Commercial Auto Claims
- Adjuster License # and confirmation of Home state license
- Ideally TX or FL license open to whatever they have and will work through it. Must have home state license and ability to get TX and FL License.
Daytoday
The Commercial Auto Claims Examiner will be responsible for evaluating and resolving all components of first and thirdparty auto claims. This position will require solid knowledge of auto claims adjusting practices as well as the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
