We are looking for a Commercial Support Administrator to provide essential operational and administrative support to our Commercial Department. You will work closely with senior management ensuring seamless daytoday operations while helping to drive efficiency and organisation. This is a part time role working 30 hours per week.
What you will be doing
Managing finance and accounting tasks including processing purchase orders (POs) invoices credit card statements and expenses.
Coordinating and booking global travel arrangements (hotels flights and transport).
Providing inbox and calendar management support to senior management.
Assisting the commercial team with presentations reports board packs and business reviews.
Maintaining and updating the CRM (HubSpot) including customer visit planning and reporting.
Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders ensuring smooth communication.
Supporting event planning including internal meetings external conferences and customer visits.
Helping to improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
About you
Previous experience in an administrative operations or commercial support role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
Experience using a CRM system (e.g. HubSpot or similar).
Ability to manage financial processes such as invoices expenses and purchase orders.
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
