What Youll Be Doing

  • Client management: Coordinating confirmed events by gathering client requirements and ensuring all details timings AV catering and more are accurately captured in the CRM. Handling client inquiries converting them into confirmed bookings and identifying opportunities for crossselling and upselling.

  • Event Coordination: Managing event logistics liaising with clients and suppliers to finalise details and ensuring a seamless handover to venue delivery teams.

  • Interdepartmental Communication: Collaborating with internal teams (Operations AV Event Services) to ensure smooth event .
