Job Description
A leading firm in the Building Services sector in Cape Town (North) is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical (HVAC & Wet Services) and Fire Engineer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for Mechanical and Fire Engineering services overseeing projects from inception to completion
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng or BSc).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the Building Services Industry.
- Preferably registered as a Professional Engineer with ECSA or eligible for registration.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential with Revit experience considered advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Utilize Fire Engineering expertise to enhance project performance and safety.
- Prepare detailed specifications and bills of quantities for the mechanical scope of projects.
- Government projects experience beneficial
