Job Description
Assistant Project Manager Direct Hire OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a growing construction team. The APM will supportWater and Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction to oversee projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing DesignBidBuild DesignBuild and CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) project delivery while ensuring timely onbudget completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with project scheduling budgeting and forecasting
Coordinate subcontractors and maintain accurate project documentation
Support material procurement submittals and change order processes
Help manage project costs labor reports and vendor invoicing
Promote jobsite safety and maintain positive relationships with clients engineers and subcontractors
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
5 years of construction/project management experience
Proficient with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software
Strong understanding of construction finance and contract management
Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills
Valid drivers license required
