Job Description
We are currently hiring aBrand Manager Hard Mountain DewinBoston MA.
*A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite 3 days a week (Tuesday Thursday).
The Brand Manager is responsible for the development and growth of the brand through effective efficient and breakthrough marketing and innovation strategies. The Brand Manager works crossfunctionally with both internal and external partners and will often lead through influence and impact. The Brand Manager helps drive sustainable growth of the brand by building marketing plans creative executions sellin materials and consumer activations to win the hearts and minds of consumers retailers and distributors.
What Youll Brew:
- Develop and implement the annual gotomarket plan for driving sustainable longterm growth for the brand
- Build strong collaborative relationships with partners agency and crossfunctional to manage projects including assisting with packaging & product innovation development creative asset and content development trade promotions experiential consumer engagement programming
- Working with Creative lead the creative packaging process for assigned projects
- Ensure that all innovation is delivered on time on budget and to standard and with clear stakeholder communication to ensure effective implementation with focus on both the short and long terms planning timelines and requirements
- Generate and communicate selling materials that provide the sales organization ample yet simple and compelling rationale for customers to support brand initiatives
- Understand and champion the brand and stand up for it with customers internal stakeholders including senior leadership and your team
- Occasional travel for meetings and trainings
What Ingredients Youll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of experience in a resultsoriented consumer product marketing role at a marketing driven firm
- Project planning and management budgeting and financial analysis and product positioning
- Experience in developing consumer marketing communications
Skills:
- Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams to project completion
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data add value and provide actionoriented recommendations inline with business objectives
- Demonstrated ability to gather consumer insights through quantitative and qualitative market research and translate into creative marketing initiatives
- Must have proven interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be highly organized flexible selfmotivated and able to succeed in a dynamic fastpaced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience a plus
Level: 5
At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws we are open about our salary ranges. For this role the salary range is between $90900 and $143900. However its important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience skillset and location. Additionally this position qualifies for an discretionary annual bonus based on company and induvial performance and certain sales roles might include a car allowance.
