About Us
Were Nine Feet Tall ... and growing!
Based in Bath were a management consultancy that specialises in delivering complex change combining the power of people and technology. Whilst our projects are often complex our approach is simple and we use our experience and core values to guide our decision making.
But that only tells you a small bit about us.
Our Founder and CEO has an extensive wardrobe of hoodies. We have a branded surfboard strapped to our office wall. We name all of our internal projects after things that are orange. And we like coffee in fact weve become quite the connoisseurs of the local hot beverage scene in Bath.

The Role
Our twoyear 9Start development programme has been the launchpad for so many successful careers. Its the perfect mix of onthejob learning and formal training. We offer much more than accredited qualifications though there are plenty of those to choose from. Youll take on real client work and attend regular knowledge sharing sessions coupled with formal training modules delivered by our team. All of this will be supported by a dedicated Mentor wholl be with youon your 9Start journey.
You will be welcomed into the 9Start programme with a clear structure and development plan but youre encouraged to make the experience your own and immerse yourself in projects that excite you! In your first week youll pick up your first internal projects whether its helping with the planning our famous company away days taking advantage of some of the charitable work we do with Jessie May or even getting involved in marketing initiatives therell be multiple ways in which you can contribute to our culture and success. In the first month you will also begin a placement with your first client to get a taste of consultancy work.
As a successful 9Starter you will bring a genuine thirst for knowledge across all the working opportunities and sectors we offer. Its an environment where we look for passion and enthusiasm first. Youll quickly learn that making mistakes is all part of the journey and youll build the resilience and confidence to learn from them and constantly develop your approach.
About You
As a talented individualyou will have been flung into the working world and will have been trying to decide what it is that really makes you tick. You know what its like to be on the daily grind; meeting deadlines appeasing the management team and organising yourself whilst juggling your own social life side hustle or sports passion. You understand what it means to be flexible and deliver fantastic service to customers.
