Social Media Content Creator Samuel Adams

We are currently hiring for a Social Media Content Creator for Samuel Adams inBoston MA.

*A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite 3 days a week (Tuesday Thursday).

The Social Media Content Creator leads developing content for our Samuel Adams brand cleverly weaving in product and brand storylines to connect with our drinkers in the most relevant way.

What Youll Brew:

• Develop design and edit social media assets for Instagram Twitter Facebook Snapchat and TikTok (once they allow alcohol brands.
• Natively capture content within platforms to drive engagement and social conversation
• and edit mobile video content for social platforms taking ideas from the concept stage all the way to final production
• Write copy for memes post captions and video scripts
• Leverage social listening tools to predict trends and create relevant social content
• Collaborate with Social Media team to build a content calendar
• Brainstorm innovative content ideas and platform hacks that capture attention and increase engagement and following
• Partner with Social Media team to report on content performance
• Occasional travel may be required and is at the discretion of your manager based on the needs of your position
• Occasional work nights and weekends due to the nature of work

What Ingredients Youll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of social media content creation experience for either a brand or an agency
• Proficiency with a range of Adobe Creative Products (Photoshop Illustrator etc.
• Familiarity with mobile apps to develop social first content
• Proficient in video production and editing
• Must provide portfolio or website URL to show book of work

Skills:

• Ability to and edit mobile videos
• Strong copywriting skills
• Creative and adept at social media content creation
• Strong writing skills that create a clear and consistent brand voice

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree

Level: 7

In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $28.61 $51.25 per hour. However its important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience skillset and location.
