They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls.Those in internal audit at PwC help build optimise and deliver endtoend internal audit services to clients in all industries. This includes IA function setup and transformation cosourcing outsourcing and managed services using AI and other risk technology and delivery models. IA capabilities are combined with other industry and technical expertise in areas like cyber forensics and compliance to address the full spectrum of risks. This helps organisations to harness the power of IA to help the organisation protect value and navigate disruption and obtain confidence to take risks to power growth.

Risk Assurance Services (RAS) is one of PwCs high growth verticals. It supports clients in defining their strategy formulating business objectives and managing performance while achieving a balance between risk and opportunity or return. Our services within the Risk Assurance practice cover the entire risk & controls spectrum across Internal Audit Governance Risk & Controls Contract & Compliance Data analytics etc.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in Internal Audit/ Process Audit concepts & methodology
- Processes Subprocesses and Activities as well as their relationship
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX)/ IFC Reviews SOPs
- Internal control concepts (e.g. Preventive Controls; Detective Controls; Risk Assessment; Antifraud Controls; etc.
Soft Skills:
- Clarity of thought articulation and expression
- Takes ownership sincere and focused on
- Confident and good verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize prioritize and meet deadlines
