A Brief Overview
The Senior Data Analyst utilizes their knowledge of marketing sales and business strategies to provide insights to TriNets management team through various analysis functions. The position is responsible for preparing business analyses and dashboards for the Data & Analytics organization and serves to assist with company needs. The position provides regular support to other Sales Marketing and Financerelated functions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and maintain BI solutions using SQL and Tableau.
- Integrate and analyze data from various sources including first and thirdparty B2B data such as ZoomInfo Bombora Crunchbase Gong etc.
- Manage analytical projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and highquality results.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into datadriven solutions.
- Create compelling data stories and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct marketing ROI and attribution analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Perform sales funnel analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
- Analyze customer churn data to develop strategies for retention and growth.
- Continuously monitor and improve data quality and integrity.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in BI and data analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or a related field.
- 46 years of experience in business intelligence data analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
- Experience with integrating and analyzing data from B2B sources such as ZoomInfo Bombora Crunchbase Gong etc.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Proven track record of managing analytical projects endtoend.
- Ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to senior management.
- Experience with marketing ROI and attribution analysis.
- Experience with sales funnel analysis and churn analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other BI tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.

The salary range for this role is $69200.00 to $138500.00. The candidates final salary offer will be based on the candidates skills education work location and experience.
A candidates compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNets corporate bonus plan.
