- Initial contract to 31/03/2026
- Hybrid position based in Canberra
- Government Baseline Security Clearance required
- Working with a vendor to develop a test strategy test plans
- Quality assurance of test artefacts produced by a vendor
- Leading the management and resolution of test defects
- Leading and supporting business users in UAT and the use of Microsoft Azure products to manage test activities
- Leading the engagement with key internal and external stakeholders as required to develop a test strategy test plans and the resolution of defects
- Participate in data migration and test data preparation activities as required
- Experience in leading test activities and crafting conducting and managing automated and manual testing across all types of functional and nonfunctional testing analysing test results and providing high quality defect mitigation reporting for complex development in an Agile environment on a Microsoft Azure cloud platform
- Experience in working with a vendor to develop a test strategy test plan quality assure test artefacts produced by a vendor
- Experience leading consultation with internal and external business and technical stakeholders to assure vendor testing outputs are high quality
- Practical lead experience validating Test Cases Test Results Testing Traceability and in an Azure DevOps environment
- Experience in automation testing and the automation test tools used to develop test scripts defining a defect management process and management and resolution of test
- defects (AzureDevOps AzureMonitor Postman NUnitorXUnit VSandseleniumweb drive)
- Experience and/or understanding of data migration test data preparation and user acceptance testing

Extension/s: 2 x 12 monthoption to extend
Security clearance: Active Baseline clearance is essential
Location: Canberra A.C.T
Working arrangements: Onsite standard 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week in total. Onsite at least 3 days a week. Flexible Working Arrangements(including remote working arrangements) Requests will be considered on a casebycase basis against the business requirements of the department and the needs of the immediate work area.
