Working closely with the promoters you will be responsible for generating new leads nurturing relationships with prospective buyers and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for residential and commercial properties including lead generation and prospecting.
Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients understanding their needs and offering solutions aligned with available properties.
Sales Presentations: Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers clearly articulating the benefits and features of the properties.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and assist in closing deals ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to purchase.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns and materials that drive property visibility and attract buyers.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets providing regular sales reports to management.
Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process offering personalized attention and timely responses to inquiries.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that all necessary documentation contracts and legal requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends customer preferences and competitor offerings to stay competitive in the market.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 510 years of experience in real estate sales preferably in residential and commercial properties. Experience with a real estate developer or wellknown brokerage firm is highly desirable.
Education: A bachelors degree in any field; preferably in Business Marketing or Real Estate.
Skills:
Excellent sales negotiation and closing skills.
Strong understanding of the residential and commercial real estate market in Bengaluru.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present confidently to clients.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients colleagues and stakeholders.
Good problemsolving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
Knowledge of real estate regulations sales processes and documentation.
