Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 35 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on civil infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
- Experience in cost estimating quantity takeoffs and bill of quantities preparation
- Proficient in relevant quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
- Experience in both GCC and FIDIC form of contracts would be an advantage.
- Experience in civil projects is crucial.
- Civil infrastructure is preferred but roads and earthworks experience would also be acceptable
