Job Description
The 20 yrs old School has recently started the residential facilities and which to take the boys residential student intake to 50 this year
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance of the hostels.
- Checking the register maintained by Care Takers regarding the entry and exit of students from the Hostel.
- Looks after the quality of food served in the hostels.
- Keeps strict discipline among students of the hostels.
- Monitor the activities of the students in the hostel to ensure no unwanted activities take place.
- Supervision of neatness and cleanliness of the hostel and surroundings.
- Listening to the grievances of the students.
- Due care of the food accommodation and other infrastructure in the hostel.
- Ensure Over all safety in the campus and comfort of students
- Responsible for allotment of rooms to the students.
- Responsible for maintenance of the hostels.
- Look after the quality of food served in the hostels.
- Keepstrict discipline among students of the hostels.
- Manageany indiscipline or misbehavior by the students.
- Look into the grievances/complaints of the students if found genuine.
- Arranges for firstaid in case of any emergency and arrange for hospitalization of student/staff if required.
- Must be able to respect confidentiality.
- Be empathetic and patient.
- Wardens must be proactive and take personal responsibility have the ability to go beyond the call of duty.
