Job Description

JOB PURPOSE: The CommunityBased Services Team Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and teams at two CBS site locations Parma and Broadway. This role involves providing technical support and supervision to a team of Wraparound/ Visitation Specialists. The supervisor is also tasked with coordinating and facilitating collaborative meetings assigning and monitoring caseloads and ensuring that resources are shared effectively with individuals families and team members on behalf of University Settlement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Supervision and Management

Oversee daily operations and provide leadership at two site locations.

Supervise and support a team of Wraparound/Visitation Specialists offering guidance and technical support as needed.

Conduct regular team meetings and oneonone supervision sessions to review cases and support staff development.

Case Management Oversight

Assign and monitor caseloads for Wraparound/Visitation Specialists to ensure workload balance and effective service delivery.

Assist in the development and implementation of case management strategies to meet the needs of individuals and families.

Coordination and Facilitation

Plan and facilitate collaborative meetings with Wraparound/ Visitation Specialists community partners and families to enhance service delivery and coordination.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment encouraging input from team members and external partners and provide quality customer service and support.

Resource Management

Identify and share resources with individuals families and team members to support case management goals and improve client outcomes.

Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations to bolster available resources.

Compliance and Reporting

Ensure all case management activities comply with University Settlements policies procedures and regulations.

Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of services and support provided.

Maintain updated departmental standard operating procedures that reflect both University Settlements and funding partners expectations and regulations.

Training and Development

Provide training and development opportunities for the Wraparound/Visitation Specialists to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Stay informed about industry best practices and integrate them into the teams operations.

OTHER FUNCTIONS: Attends staff managers and departmental meetings. Contributes to departmental and organizational decisionmaking through active participation in the process. This position requires occasional evening or weekend work. Ability to travel for meetings between site locations conferences and events as needed. Works effectively and positively with coworkers stakeholders and volunteers. Other duties as assigned by director of family and community programs and executive director.

QUALIFICATIONS:

: Bachelors degree in social work psychology human services or a related field. Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 35 years of experience in case management or social services with at least 12 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication collaboration and facilitation abilities. Experience in a communitybased setting is strongly preferred. Knowledge of resources available to individuals and families in the community. Familiarity with case management software and databases specifically ETO.

Hours Worked: Full time/Exempt

Supervises: Wraparound/Visitation Specialist 2 locations)

Suggested Salary: $50000.00 / Annually
