OUR TEAM AND SUCCESS

Quince is a retail and technology company cofounded by a team that has extensive experience in retail technology and building early stage companies. Youll work with a team of worldclass talent from Stanford GSB Google D.E. Shaw Stitch Fix Urban Outfitters Wayfair McKinsey Nike etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serving as primary legal contact for local business leaders and providing practical timesensitive support on a wide array of legal issues concerning all aspects of your countrys operations.
  • Drafting reviewing negotiating and advising internal stakeholders on a variety of commercial agreements
  • Identifying and consulting on legal risks concerning the development of new products and policies.
  • Helping to interpret and monitor changes to regulatory guidelines while proactively handling regulatory developments and advising internal stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing processes for efficient and streamlined operations surrounding contract negotiation and processes.
  • Developing and maintaining form agreements contract management systems and other databases.
  • Supporting business in addressing issues that arise in existing commercial relationships and handling prelitigation legal disputes and inquiries.
  • Driving all ongoing compliance review processes including necessary filings policies and procedures.
  • Supporting local HR recruiting and talent acquisition teams.

Experience Required

  • 7 years PQEA masters degree or equivalent in law
  • Strong academic and law firm experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Confidence in decision making when theres ambiguity or incomplete information
  • To excel at leadership while being handson
  • The ability to handle significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times
  • Exceptional stakeholder management
  • Experience with complex transaction management
  • To thrive in a fastpaced highpressure entrepreneurial environment
