We are seeking a Quality Supply Chain Lead to support and enhance supplier quality management and supply chain coordination for external suppliers. This role will primarily focus on standardizing processes for supplier onboarding maintaining master data accuracy improving supply chain collaboration and monitoring supplier performance to ensure the highest standards for external components and materials.
1. Supplier Onboarding & Qualification
Harmonize and implement astandardized supplier onboarding processto ensure compliance with quality operational and regulatory standards.
Assist with colleagues in the business lines in conductingsupplier risk assessments audits and process evaluationsto ensure suppliers meet required quality and performance levels.
- Collaborate with procurement engineering and operations tostreamline supplier approvalsand integration into the supply chain.
2. Supply Chain Collaboration
- Enhance coordination across business linesto align supplier strategies with overall company objectives.
- Strengthen relationships betweenprocurement quality logistics and operationsteams to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
3. Master Data Management
- Support the processes that ensure the accuracy completeness and consistencyof supplier master data across ERP and procurement systems.
- Establishdata governance frameworksto maintain validated supplier information.
- Supportautomation and digitalizationinitiatives to enhance supplier data management and streamline reporting.
4. Supplier Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Define and trackKPIs and performance benchmarksto evaluate supplier quality delivery and compliance.
- Developdashboards and reportsfor supplier performance analysis and continuous improvement.
- Leadsupplier development initiativesto enhance quality and operational efficiency across the supply chain.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10 yearsof experience insupplier quality supply chain management procurement or supplier development.
- Strongcommercial acumenand ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiations.
- Experience insupplier onboarding master data management andquality assurancein aheavy manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency inERP systemsandsupplier performance tracking tools. Ideally experience with INTELEX.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
