Job Description
An experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal is sought to join the Intellectual Property practice group in the Minneapolis office.
Candidate Parameters:
- The ideal candidate will have 7 years of comprehensive U.S. and foreign trademark paralegal experience including trademark prosecution portfolio management and enforcement efforts.
- Responsibilities include conducting preliminary trademark searches preparing and filing trademark applications managing application statuses and assisting with WIPO filings and infringement monitoring.
- Excellent communication organizational skills and strong initiative are key.
- A paralegal certificate/degree is preferred.
