Morgan & Morgan P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a PreSuit Attorney in our growing Savannah GA office.
Responsibilities
- Daytoday handling of all prelitigation work
- Complete the FliptoLit approval
- Guide clients through the case process
- Drafting and filing of prelitigation documents
- Complete TD approval for liability issues
- Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
- Manage the release approval process
- Manage a team of 610 Case Managers
- Focus on Personal injury cases primarily automotive
- Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
- EUOs PIP Statements recorded statements
Requirements
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- An active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association
- 2 years of personal injury experience
- Ability to manage high volume of prelit cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Selfstarter driven by longterm career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
This role reports to the PreSuit Operations Manager.
