Senior Commercial Manager

Up to 95000 plus bonus and benefits

An established interior fitout contractor in London working within the design and build market are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial functions for a portfolio of projects and report into the Commercial Director.
As a principal contractor you will be overseeing various contracts for end user clients across the corporate office sector. The business operate across London and the South East with an established client base and a fantastic reputation spanning a number of decades. The business turnover in excess of 50m a year and have strong growth plans for the next few years with this position of key importance.

Role:
- You would have full commercial responsibility for the department dealing with pre contract stages project budgets accounts managing sub contractors cost reporting to directors processing change.
- Manage commercial team including quantity surveyors and commercial assistants.
- Examine incoming tenders in depth to review risks opportunity and value engineering solutions for us and our clients
- Provide credible leadership develop the commercial team and improve performance through consistent feedback and coaching.
Requirements
- Experience managing other commercial staff in a full management or mentoring capacity
- Preferably have experience on with pre contract and tender stages to final accounts
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
- Organised with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Can adapt to different tasks quickly efficiently and confidently.
- Capable of working in an autonomous or team orientated environment.
- Interpret information and instructions correctly and carry out tasks accordingly.
- The candidate must have ambitions to lead a commercial team and help grow a progressive company.
Reward:
- Basic salary up to 95000
