- Engage in PlayBased Learning: Implement creative and interactive lesson plans that make learning fun and engaging for our toddlers twaddlers preppers or preschoolers.
- Create a Safe Space: Ensure a secure clean and welcoming classroom where children can explore play and grow.
- Promote Development: Support cognitive social and emotional growth through ageappropriate activities and meaningful interactions.
- Build Relationships: Establish a warm and supportive classroom community where every child feels valued and encouraged.
- Communicate with Families: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and caregivers sharing regular updates on each childs progress and development.
- Encourage Independence: Guide children in developing essential selfhelp skills
- Monitor Progress: Observe and assess each childs growth providing individualized attention and addressing any developmental concerns with care.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred but not required
- Someone with a positive and upbeat personality is a must!
- Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience creativity and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
