Job Description
A homecare company in Brooklyn NY is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Staffing Coordinator to recruit onboard and schedule caregivers while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role requires fluency in Spanish to effectively communicate with Spanishspeaking clients and staff ensuring culturally competent care. Experience with NHTD (Nursing Home Transition and Diversion) is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities Include:
- Recruiting onboarding and scheduling caregivers to meet client needs.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for Spanishspeaking clients and staff.
- Maintaining accurate records of caregiver assignments and client care plans.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting with client and caregiver inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish (required).
- Experience in staffing coordination preferably in homecare.
- Familiarity with NHTD is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
