Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Software Engineer to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This fulltime junior position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic IT environment. As a trainee you will work closely with experienced engineers on digital solutions and IT service projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Node.js (Mandatory skill) is essential to execute backend development tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (Mandatory skill) enabling seamless integration and development of various applications.
- Experience with powerapps (Mandatory skill) to support the development of enterpriselevel applications swiftly and accurately.
- Familiarity with React.js allowing you to construct user interfaces and enhance user experience through componentbased architecture.
- Understanding of lowcode/nocode platforms permitting rapid application development without extensive coding requirements.
- Ability to work in a team environment exhibiting excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the IT services industry showing adaptability and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Basic knowledge of IT services and operations supporting your ability to integrate new technologies into existing systems effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior software engineers to develop and implement backend solutions using Node.js.
- Assist in creating seamless user interfaces with JavaScript and React.js enhancing the overall user experience.
- Contribute to the design and development of enterprise applications using powerapps and lowcode/nocode platforms.
- Participate in team meetings and project discussions providing insights and learning from experienced professionals.
- Participate in the troubleshooting and debugging processes to ensure optimal application performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into practice to streamline development processes.
- Assist with maintaining and documenting technical specifications ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Contribute to the companys research and development initiatives exploring innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
