Were looking for a Service Videographer to bring transparency and trust to our service department while keeping our customers informed every step of the way.
What Youll Be Doing:
As a Service Videographer at Subaru Charlottetown youwill take videos of ongoing repairs to client vehicles keeping them updated on progress and allowing them a chance to be part of the decisionmaking process. This role will also involve maintaining a tidy environment both in the shop and on the lot as well as other duties assigned by the Service Manager. This is an entrylevel position providing the opportunity to gain a rewarding career with Atlantic Canadas largest automotive group. This role will also require the Videographer to provide backup as a Service Advisor when needed.
Wage Range: 17.5019.75/h plus bonus plan
Please note that this role is not eligible for participation in the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Capture precise highquality video documentation of vehicle repairs.
- Clearly and professionally explain the technicians diagnosis and repair recommendations on video.
- Upload and send videos to clients promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
- Provide support across the service department as needed.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Confidence in explaining service processes on camera (voice only).
- A keen eye for detail ensuring accuracy in all video documentation.
- Punctuality and reliabilitywe need someone we can count on!
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
