Were expanding our global team with a focus on event production excellence and are seeking a Procurement & Production Specialist to manage all procurement related to AV setups printing & branding and photo/video production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
AV Production & Technical Ops
- Source and manage vendors for AV production (audio systems LED walls lighting live streaming etc.
- Coordinate technical specs and timelines with production partners
- Ensure costeffective and highquality AV setup for international events
Printing & Fabrication
- Manage printing of event branding materials (banners stage backdrops name tags brochures etc.
- Coordinate with local and international vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor quality finish and brand consistency
Photo & Video Production
- Source photographers videographers editors for preevent live and postevent content
- Manage deliverables like highlight videos speaker interviews and reels
- Maintain production timelines and visual standards
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Negotiate pricing and manage vendor contracts and payment cycles
- Track deliveries ensure compliance and maintain procurement documentation
- Work closely with design events and marketing teams to align outputs
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in events/media/AV production or procurement
- Strong understanding of AV print production and visual content creation
- Excellent vendor negotiation and coordination skills
- Proficiency in managing quotes cost sheets and procurement trackers
- Ability to work across time zones and tight event deadlines
- Knowledge of global logistics and production best practices is a plus
