What You ll Do:
Own and manage a highvalue sales pipeline of qualified leads
Build deep client trust through needsbased consultations
Customize life insurance and financial protection plans
Serve as a mentor and thought partner within the sales team
Collaborate with leadership to drive growth and refine strategy
Maintain CRM records and consistently exceed performance benchmarks

What You Bring:
2 years of sales or account management experience (insurance a plus)
