Role Name: Insurance Operations Assistant

Schedule:

  • Fulltime Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm EST

Client Timezone: US Eastern Time (EST/EDT)

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic financial services team in a key operational role. You ll work alongside an experienced virtual team member supporting sophisticated insurance processing and client service operations. Using stateoftheart systems including remote desktop access and modern VOIP technology you ll handle critical backoffice functions that keep the business running smoothly. As the firm continues to grow and bring on additional agents this position offers excellent potential for professional development and increased responsibilities. You ll be fully integrated into the team while working remotely with all necessary technology and systems provided.

Responsibilities

  • Process and coordinate insurance policy documentation after successful client agreements
  • Manage professional communication with mortgage companies and financial institutions
  • Handle sophisticated billing processes and payment tracking
  • Operate modern VOIP phone system for client and team communication
  • Execute efficient postquote administrative operations
  • Ensure timely followup on all pending items and documentation
  • Maintain meticulous records in company s professional systems
  • Coordinate workflow with existing team members
  • Support multiple insurance agents with operational tasks
  • Process timesensitive documentation with attention to detail

Requirements

  • Outstanding English communication skills with clear speaking voice
  • Proven experience in remote work environments
  • Proficiency with modern phone systems and virtual collaboration tools
  • Professional demeanor and excellent client service orientation
  • Experience with or strong interest in insurance/financial services
  • Comfort with learning new software systems and processes
