Profile Requirements:

  • Experience: 2.55 years in a customer service or sales role preferably in ecommerce or manufacturing.
  • Communication Skills: Strong English proficiency both verbal and written with excellent customer engagement skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office CRM systems and phonebased order management.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to handle product inquiries quotes and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Detail Oriented: Strong organizational skills to manage customer inquiries sample processing and freight coordination.
  • Availability: Willingness to work during peak hours from 5 AM to 3 PM PST (US).

Core responsibilities:

  • Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle incoming inquiries about orders product quotes and technical questions and make followup calls to customers who ordered samples.
  • Customer Followup: Reach out to customers who received samples to answer questions and assist with finalizing purchases.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide customers with product installation information and troubleshoot any issues regarding brick tile applications.
  • Virtual Meetings: Schedule and conduct virtual sample presentations via video conferencing to showcase products and assist customers with their selections.
  • Sample Management: Ensure samples are processed daily sent to the printer remotely. Review Shipstation daily to ensure all samples are on their way or delivered
  • Order Management: Assist customers with order placement provide status updates and process orders via phone or the online store.
  • ** For now to only help assist customers process their order or process it for them on Ecwid and send them an invoice to pay it online. If they require payment by phone take all their information except credit card info. To let customers know someone will call them that is authorized to process credit card information over the phone.
  • CRM Management: Keep CRM systems up to date with call logs customer interactions and sales tracking

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
