Role name: Operations Assistant
40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm UK time
Job Description
- creating monthly invoices
- monthly checking timesheets and flagging any VAs that arent doing the full hours
- drafting emails for approval client communication
- monthly keeping on top of invoices that are outstanding sending emails and assigning phone chasing tasks to the relevant person
- sending check in emails to clients
- creating newsletters / email marketing
- creating training scripts
- creating courses including content and uploading to software
- creating sales pages
- creating website website updates SEO optimising
- creating sales funnels from start to finish including lead magnets ebooks to help us sell larger courses
- social media assistance
- creating custom GPTs for our clients and VAs
Requirements
- Someone who is great with processes and systems paying attention to detail and keeping on top of things.
- Someone who has good customer service skills
- Someone who is proactive has initiative and is happy to get on with things with minimal direction
- Knowledge of ADHD a bonus!
