Video Editor Job Description
As a video editor you will be responsible for creating compelling video content that showcases our jewelry products for marketing and promotional purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Edit raw video footage to create polished and visually appealing videos that effectively showcase our jewelry products.
- Perform color correction and grading to ensure the videos accurately represent the jewelry products and align with our brands visual style.
- Edit and mix audio elements including background music voiceovers and sound effects to ensure the videos have a professional and engaging sound quality.
- Incorporate motion graphics titles and visual effects to enhance the videos visual impact and convey key information effectively.
- Collaborate with videographers graphic designers and marketing teams to align video content with our overall brand strategy and objectives.
- Organize and manage video files ensuring they are properly stored labeled and accessible for future use.
- Ensure that the final videos meet our brands quality standards including video and audio quality adherence to brand guidelines and overall production value.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelors degree in film video production or a related field is preferred.
13 years of experience as a video editor preferably in a similar industry or with experience in productfocused content.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Strong understanding of color correction grading and audio editing techniques.
Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
Ability to convey key messages effectively through video.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines
