Pay: $20/hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from clients attorneys and claimants.
- Schedule and coordinate Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) including selecting the appropriate reviewer.
- Maintain confidentiality and securely manage claimant information.
- Coordinate transportation and translation services as needed.
- Retrieve and review medical records from the Workers Compensation Board (WCB) website.
- Address and resolve client concerns escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Assist with sales leads and ensure accurate billing for translation/transportation services.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Proven ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong phone communication active listening and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Customerfocused approach with adaptability to different personalities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
