Job Description
Joseph J. Albanese Inc. is seeking fulltime Yard Workers to join our team. As a member of our Equipment/Yard Department this individual will report directly to the Warehouse/Dispatch Manager. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Warehouse and yard maintenance
- Load/Offload trucks
- Maintain a clean work environment in our Shop
- Maintain inventory and organize materials
- Assist with minor tool repairs
- Pickup will call orders from vendors
- Communicate logistics schedule and delays with employees and vendors
- Perform daily Shop closing duties
- Strip panels and lumber
- Assist with projects around shop
NOTE: These duties listed are meant to describe the general scope of the work. Other duties may be assigned based on business needs within the organization.
Qualifications
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs minimum
- Fork lift and Gradall experience
- Punctual team player can follow instructions
- Good verbal communication skills
- Available to work weekends
Other information
- 1st shift (day) 7:00 am 3:30 pm
- 2nd shift (afternoon) 12:30 pm 9:00 pm
