HOSPITAL CLINICAL PHARMACY COORDINATOR
MUST have at least 1 yr of HOSPITAL pharmacy experience
Location: Northwestern AZ
Salary range: $130150K depends upon experience.
*$15000.00 signon/relocation for a commitment of 3 years
OVERVIEW:

OVERVIEW:
- Under the direction of the Pharmacy Director performs clinical and professional pharmaceutical work.
- Extensive contact with the administration medical staff nursing service hospital staff and nonhospital personnel (vendors auditors).
- Responsible for the oversight and leadership of clinical activities of the pharmacy department.
- Participation in standards of practice ensures quality and patient safety regarding medication management and process improvement activities.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Current Pharmacist license to practice in the state required on hire.
- One 1 year of previous hospital pharmacy experience; Prefer 5 years as pharmacist in a critical care hospital
- Prefer Experience as Lead or Leadership role.
