A leading payment aggregator and provider of secure payment solutions is looking for a Development Team Manager to join their growing team. Duties & Responsibilities
- Tertiary qualification in Software Development Computer Science or Engineering.
- Proven experience in managing technical/software development teams.
- Strong technical background to support estimation delivery oversight and recruitment decisions.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience in performance management or technical recruitment will be advantageous.
- Lead and manage a team of developers including performance reviews and career development.
- Oversee resource allocation workload balancing and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Ensure smooth communication between developers project managers and stakeholders.
- Provide technical oversight to support estimation and project delivery.
- Supervise code reviews testing and Agile ceremonies.
- Act as an escalation point for team challenges.
- Foster continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
