The LIBRE Initiative (LIBRE) seeks a Deputy Executive Director to lead the operations and of our strategies across the country through LIBRE and Americans for Prosperitys capabilities This role reports to the Executive Director and plays a critical part in advancing LIBREs mission by overseeing daily operations driving political and grassroots advocacy initiatives and managing key organizational functions.
How You Will Contribute
- Manage daily operations with clear plans driving performance across capabilities
- Act as a key leader in managing workflows deadlines and crossfunctional coordination
- Collaborate with electoral strategy and state operations teams to advance LIBRE Actions political strategy
- Work with strategic communications teams to ensure campaign alignment and brand integrity
- Oversee data tracking and reporting across LIBRE to better inform our strategies and advance LIBREs vision
- Drive knowledge system improvements and conduct marginal analysis on our initiatives
- Partner with AFP State Directors to expand and strengthen LIBREs representation in areas of strategic importance
What You Will Bring
- Proven leadership experience in strategic operations political strategy campaign management and marketing strategy particularly with a Hispanic audience
- Strong organizational and skills with a focus on operational efficiency
- Experience in brand marketing political endorsements or statebased advocacy preferred
- Ability to manage crossfunctional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to track progress toward organizational goals
- Spanish language skills are preferred
