The LIBRE Initiative (LIBRE) seeks a Deputy Executive Director to lead the operations and of our strategies across the country through LIBRE and Americans for Prosperitys capabilities This role reports to the Executive Director and plays a critical part in advancing LIBREs mission by overseeing daily operations driving political and grassroots advocacy initiatives and managing key organizational functions.
How You Will Contribute
Manage daily operations with clear plans driving performance across capabilities
Act as a key leader in managing workflows deadlines and crossfunctional coordination
Collaborate with electoral strategy and state operations teams to advance LIBRE Actions political strategy
Work with strategic communications teams to ensure campaign alignment and brand integrity
Oversee data tracking and reporting across LIBRE to better inform our strategies and advance LIBREs vision
Drive knowledge system improvements and conduct marginal analysis on our initiatives
Partner with AFP State Directors to expand and strengthen LIBREs representation in areas of strategic importance
What You Will Bring
Proven leadership experience in strategic operations political strategy campaign management and marketing strategy particularly with a Hispanic audience
Strong organizational and skills with a focus on operational efficiency
Experience in brand marketing political endorsements or statebased advocacy preferred
Ability to manage crossfunctional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
Strong analytical and reporting skills to track progress toward organizational goals
