Project Scheduler Facilities & Infrastructure Projects

Position Type:FullTime (Hybrid up to 3 days a week in the office)

Position Overview:
CARIAN is seeking a Project Scheduler to support a major facilities capital improvement program for one of our utility clients. This role is ideal for someone with 35 years of scheduling experience in construction or infrastructure projects whos ready to make an impact on complex multisite programs. Youll be responsible for building and managing project schedules coordinating with diverse teams and helping keep highvisibility projects on track.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
Collaborate with project managers engineers and field teams to gather updates and adjust timelines
Track schedule performance flag risks or delays and recommend mitigation strategies
Prepare and deliver regular progress updates lookahead reports and stakeholder presentations
Ensure alignment of schedule data with overall project controls and reporting processes
Qualifications:
35 years of experience in project scheduling ideally within infrastructure facilities or construction programs
Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
Solid understanding of scheduling best practices and critical path method (CPM)
Excellent communication attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel to client and job site locations
Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field preferred
