YOUR CHALLENGE

We are looking for a motivated dynamic and highly professional Front Office Manager (all gender) to lead our Reception team and ensure that our guests receive excellent service. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hospitality experience in team management and a constant commitment to providing seamless guest experiences. This is a key role in the hotels operations with responsibilities ranging from overseeing daily Front Office activities to managing the overall guest experience.

  • Excellence in Customer Service: Ensure that all guest interactions from checkin to checkout are smooth friendly and efficient. Handle any complaints or special requests promptly and professionally ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Management: Supervise and lead the Front Office team (receptionists bell staff etc. including scheduling shifts training and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment to ensure exceptional service.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Reception ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly from checkin to billing and checkout. Manage room assignments.
  • Communication and Coordination: Act as the point of contact between the Front Office and other departments (housekeeping maintenance food and beverage etc. to ensure that guest requests and issues are resolved promptly. Coordinate services for VIP guests and special needs.
  • Guest Satisfaction and Problem Resolution: Handle any issues or complaints raised by guests finding quick solutions and ensuring that the guest experience is not compromised. Implement strategies to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and improve service.
  • Revenue Management: Support the management of room rates and occupancy levels. Collaborate with the Front Office team to maximize revenue through upselling booking strategies and accurate billing.
  • Compliance with Standards: Ensure that all Front Office operations comply with company policies health and safety regulations and industry standards. Maintain high levels of cleanliness safety and hospitality.
  • Administrative Duties: Oversee the preparation and maintenance of reports inventories and guest information systems. Ensure that all guest information bookings and financial transactions are recorded correctly.

YOUR SKILLS

Experience:

  • At least 35 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry. Previous supervisory or management experience is required.

Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of Front Office operations and hotel management software (PMS).
  • Problemsolving ability and managing guest expectations.
  • Fluent in English and German.
