Our Sales team is on the lookout for a passionate SmallMedium Business (SMB) Account Executive to build and nurture relationships with small to mediumsized restaurant and caf partners. In this role you will work closely with our partners helping them grow their businesses on efood through tailored support upselling opportunities and strategic account management. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive resultsdriven professional who thrives in a fastpaced customerfocused environment.
What Youll Do:
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMB restaurant partners ensuring their longterm success.
Performance Optimization: Monitor business and sales KPIs analyze performance data and suggest strategic actions to enhance growth.
Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities to introduce efoods services promotions and features to maximize partner success.
Training & Support: Onboard new partners ensuring they understand the platform tools and best practices.
Problem Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners proactively addressing challenges and ensuring a seamless experience.
Market Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to partners.
Reporting & Insights: Maintain accurate records analyze performance metrics and provide datadriven reports to management.
Qualifications :
Experience: 13 years in account management sales or customer success (preferably in food delivery ecommerce or hospitality).
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and offer strategic recommendations.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Languages: Fluent in Greek and English both written and spoken.
Attitude: A proactive selfmotivated professional with a passion for the food industry and a resultsdriven approach.
