Summary: The F&I manager position ensures each sale is properly sold and delivered to each customer with all needed documents all legal regulations are properly followed and executed throughout the delivery signing process.
What We Offer
Each delivery starts with a customer introduction and interview in the showroom.
Values every customers time and ensures every customer is completely satisfied with our sales process.
Verifies the actual vehicle being sold; VIN number and mileage are correct and the same for trade vehicle information.
Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sale and obtaining the customers proper name spelling address phone number email etc. along with a proper signature.
Verifies with customer their payoff balance on tradein vehicle.
Verifies with customer their vehicle insurance agent company and phone number.
Explains what warranty coverage is currently on the new or used vehicle purchase and recommend additional coverage if needed.
Presents every customer our great value products that add security and protection to their vehicle purchase. This will be done with a menu of all we can offer.
Reviews credit applications to ensure all information is correct before submitting to the lender.
Ensures we are offering the best finance options to all customers based on their current needs. Lease finance or just paying cash.
Builds a relationship with all of our 20 plus lending partners so the line of communication is always welcome.
Reviews all lender chargebacks are correct.
Aids in forecasting for the next months business.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Strives for harmony with all customers dealership employees and vendors.
Attends manager and sales meetings as needed.
