Your role for Pro Lead sits within the Hardware and Pro team reporting to the Head of Range. Your role will be to develop affordable and sustainable innovation in OEB(Own Exclusive Brands) be more agile in new product development and be more impactful on performance.

• Be the interface between range team and banners to ensure the Pro is represented in the proposition
• Support the Brand team with Pro brand development to ensure Pro product expectations are met
• Gather Pro insights that supports ranging and branding decisions and be the expert in designated Pro product areas and Pro type
• Provide Pro OEB representation in the Pro Centre of Excellence to share approach insights and best practices to be utilised in all Banners
• Leverage relationships with banner Pro Teams to identify areas of development
• Gather and share cross functional data to unlock Pro OEB opportunities within the portfolio
• Support in the delivery of new product areas/new business focussed on the Pro
• Identify potential Pro OEB trends/innovation examples that supports ranging development

• Strategic thinking and vision and the ability to translate that into a strategic plan
• Strong analytical skills to draw insight from a variety of commercial and customer data points and identify trends
• Previous industry and product knowledge experience within a retail environment
• Expertise and the practical application of New Product Development processes
• General knowledge of OEB brands and products
